It's too easy, but too tempting!
This recording with François Morel was a quarter of an hour of happiness, a moment of professional grace so rarely experienced when you do this job alone; duets are usually recorded separately. But that wasn't the case here (and that's just one example of Radio France Publicité's savoir-faire ;-)
François Morel and I were both in the studio, live, to do a delicious pingpong of lines to promote his book of France Inter columns. It was the first time we'd met.
We each sat down behind our microphones, looked at each other and agreed on a few word markers to make the speech flow smoothly and ahead of the game!
The pleasure of playing, the pleasure of having fun, the pleasure of dancing together, the pleasure of coming up with new ideas just for... the pleasure of doing our job!
And that was it!
In fact, if you listen carefully, you might just hear the complicity of that moment.
Fifteen minutes and it was over! So much so that I found myself stunned!"Ohhh no, it's over already!
Because he was expected, François left, leaving me with a great deal of frustration: the desire for the session to last longer. But after all, desire and pleasure are 2 sides of the same coin, aren't they?
The director of this spot had the last word. When Benoît Deloutre saw me coming out of the booth he said to me: "Virginie, you look moved".
